Puppy Information--'Spoiled Rotten' Kennel

Our Breeding program is specialized to ensure that we
produce top quality Shih Tzu puppies.
We strive to breed to the AKC Breed Standard.

All puppies are born and live in our home. They receive lots of
love, attention and hands on care. We produce a variety of
colors, Black/White, Brindle/White, Solid Brindle and Black,
and the rare and outstanding Red/White.

All puppy purchases come with AKC registration papers, 3
generation pedigree, puppy food starter pack, toys and health
guarantee.

Pricing and Deposits:
Pricing of each litter is determined by colors and parents
pedigrees, and whether the puppy is pet quality or show
quality. Deposits of $250 are accepted and are
"NON-REFUNDABLE", so please be sure.

We accept two forms of payments for our babies. We accept
PayPal and Cash. No puppy leaves our home until payment for
said puppy is paid in full. With the use of PayPal, a puppy may
be held until we receive confirmation that payment has
cleared our account with no problems. Payment must be paid
in full 10 days prior to puppies being shipped via air.
We accept NO other forms of payment, due to all the scams
that are plaguing our business.

As for deposits on puppies, a puppy will be held for up to
three (3) days pending receipt of a deposit. If deposit is NOT
received by the end of the 3rd day, the puppy will then be
placed again as available, unless other payment arrangements
have been made with us.

Shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Shipping is
approximately $300, which includes crate, health certificate,
examination by our veterinarian, toys, puppy food starter
pack, AKC registration papers, health guarantee as well as a 3
generation pedigree. All shipping arrangements are made by
'Spoiled Rotten' Barkery & Kennel. With NO exceptions!

'Limited' vs. 'Full' AKC registration:

AKC registration is 'Limited' on all pet quality puppy purchases.
A puppy placed on 'Limited' registration is not eligible in
conformation class at any AKC Shows. This also means any
offspring of the puppy purchased are NOT eligible for AKC
registration.

Puppies sold as "Show Quality" will be sold on "Full" AKC
registration. A 'Show Quality" puppy is eligible at all AKC show
events. Any offspring of a "show quality" puppy are eligible for
AKC registration.

We reserve the right to decline placement to anyone that
'Spoiled Rotten' Kennel does not deem appropriate and in the
best interest of the puppy.

We do NOT sell to pet brokers, pet stores, puppy mills or
commercial breeders.
